Windsory VIP Club Card has silver card and gold card, the silver card will rebate 5% of every transaction, and gold card will rebate 10% of each transaction. Customer can use the rebate credit to purchase the selected product in the shop. Windsory VIP Club Rebate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer; cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used to make a Lay-by payment. Other Terms and Conditions may apply.

By joining WINDSORY VIP Club, WINDSORY may use your personal information to contact you from time to time and/ or to send advertisements about events, products and services which we think you are likely to be interested in. The Privacy Policy detailed on this section also forms a part of these Terms and Conditions.

VIP member benefits will only be given upon presentation of a VIP Card issued by WINDSORY. To qualify for the rebate; members must present their Windsory VIP Club Card with every transaction. Refunds on purchases made using the VIP Club Card will be deducted accordingly from spend.

It is the member’s responsibility to inform WINDSORY to personal details. Windsory accepts no responsibility for members not receiving WINDSORY VIP Club Rebate, invites or any other promotional material, if incorrect details are provided, or Windsory are not notified of any change of detail. WINDSORY also accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected correspondence resulting from circumstances outside Windsory control.

Windsory Group reserves the right, at any time without notice, to:  
(a) suspend, terminate or vary the Windsory VIP Club program;
(b) change the terms and conditions of the Windsory VIP Club program; and
(c) terminate any individual’s membership or refuse to issue any individual a membership in its absolute discretion.
